Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on October 28, 1967 at Atlanta. Roberts is part of the Robertses' fourth generation that reside in the Atlanta region, beginning by her grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. Early on, her father was interested in theatre. When he was an undergraduate at Emory University, he performed in several productions in Atlanta. Following his air force service and appearing in an airforce production in Biloxi along with Betty Lou Bredemus. Eric Anthony was their first born. They got married in the year 1957. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957 they were discharged from the air force and Walter began his studies at Tulane. Walter joined Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when the family relocated from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in the year 1960. In 1964, Walter and Betty Lou began production on the local Saturday morning children's television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they financed their own. They also established the six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later in the year. They welcomed in 1965 two more children into their lives: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
